Our international shipping services span over 200 countries and islands worldwide. We are quite proud to offer our services to the world. How do you ship packages?
Our packages from our warehouse in China are being shipped by ePacket or EMS. This depends on the weight and size of the product. In the US, We ship packages from our US warehouse via USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer free shipping to over 299 countries around the world. Although, there we are unable to ship to some countries and if you are in any of these countries we can’ ship to, we will get in touch with you.
What about Custom?
Once your item has been shipped, we are not responsible for whatever custom fees. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies base on location. Below are our estimates:

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. If you do not receive your tracking information within 5 days, kindly contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
Depending on the shipping company, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to get updated on the system. Kindly contact us if your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and still no information on your tracking number.
Will my items be sent in one package?
Items in the same purchase can sometimes be sent in separate packages even when combine shipping is specified. This is due to some logistical reasons.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
All orders are subject to cancellation unless they are shipped. If you order has already being shipped and you want to make a change or cancel, you’ll have to contact us within 12 hours. Cancellation is no longer possible once the packaging and shipping process get is in progress.
We are always open to your complaints at any time. If for any reason you want to make a refund you can send a request with the reason for cancellation. We care about your satisfaction.
If you did not get the product within the specified delivery time (45 days excluding 2-5 days of processing) you can ask for a refund or reshipment.
If you have received the wrong item you can ask for a refund or reshipment.
If the product you’ve received is not what you want, you can ask for a refund. However, the item is returned at your expense and the item should not be used.
- You couldn’t receive your order owing to some certain factors within your control such as providing wrong shipping address
- You did not receive your as a result of some extraordinary conditions not within the management of Wholesale-Star (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can make a request for refund within 15 days after the specified delivery period (45 days) expiration. This can be done by sending message on Contact Us page
If your request is approved for a refund, your request will be processed and credit applied automatically to your credit card or via the method you paid with within 14 days.
If you’d like to exchange your product for any reason, you have to contact us first to guide you through the steps to follow.
