Shipping Costs
All our shipping costs are calculated automatically. The prices depend on
the different rates of the shipping companies like UPS, Fedex, DHL, etc.
Wholesale-Star.com will send the delivery to the destination the customer gave
to us.
All orders must be prepaid include shipping. Shipping charges are not
refundable. If we sent to you a wrong product on our mistake, we will replace it
with the correct product at no cost for you.
Worldwide Shipping and Legality
We offer shipping worldwide to mostly all locations. Please note that you
are responsible to check the legality of these items in your country. We are not
responsible for confiscated items by your local authorities.
Time of Shipping
Most of the items we send within 2 working days after confirming the order
on Wholesale-Star.com. Mostly the goods take 1-4 days to major destinations.
Returns and Refunds
All our products come with a 12 month warranty.
We will gladly accept any returned merchandise for a full exchange of the
same item. Providing that the returned item is sent back in its original
packaged and that all included items which were in the original package are also
included. The item must not be damaged in any way or else we will be forced to
not accept the item back for an exchange.
In case of returning goods, please send us an email with your name, order
number, product name, and the problem you have with the product. We are not
accepting any returns without these information. Shipping charges are not
refundable.
We will not be responsible for any damage that may be caused on your computer, console, or other ways during installation of any of our products. We not be liable for any damage or personal loss due to incorrect installation of our products.
